I offer tailored, but scientifically backed communication coaching for executives and emerging leaders alike. Together we will look at the communication habits that might be holding you back and ways you can overcome them. We identify the message, vision, or story you want to communicate and how to pair it with your authentic voice.
I also work with leaders facing specific struggles and who may be working in challenging contexts and the messier, less talked-about side of organizational life: difficult colleagues, fractious group dynamics, office politics, and the challenge of managing up and building the visibility your work deserves. My approach is grounded in systems thinking: every interaction is shaped by the individuals involved, the dynamics that have developed between them over time, and the larger ecosystem they operate within.
